This year’s entry fee is $250 dollars per team, this includes Big Fish prizes.

We have decided to increase the number of entries to 80 teams from 75.

We currently have over 40 plus teams already pre-registered for the 2010 tournament.

Cash and Merchandise Prizes for the 2010 event is just over $30,000 dollars, we would not be able to do this without the overwhelming support of our sponsors. So please if possible by supporting the sponsors, you are supporting this event and by all means, don’t be shy to thank the sponsors when you’re shopping in their business, they do appreciate it.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank all previous Anglers who have participated in the Marble Eyes Walleye Classic; we thank you for all your support.

To all the volunteers and sponsors, who truly make this event the success that it has become, Ontario’s Largest Single Day Walleye Event, the committee cannot thank you enough for your all help and support.

Posters and Entry forms should be available on the website and in the communities very shortly.

  • Bass Boating: Trailers need TLC, too
It amazes me how anglers will spend hours taking care of their boats yet ignore their trailers.
  • Going Ike: Big & bad
Hey guys, it's the Friday before Labor Day and all is quiet on the fishing front ... for the most part anyway.
  • Denny Brauer: Getting horizontal to be different
"Any time you've got a floating tree in a bunch of standing timber, it becomes an automatic focus for those fish," he says. "It offers more shade and something different than everything else around it. They're just going to gravitate to it."
